The general population start day to make an appointment is on May 1st. If you are not 65+, please do not schedule an appointment prior to May 1st, otherwise the appointment will be cancelled.***
Due to the COVID-19 restrictions, we are not scheduling in-person appointments at our office at this time. All applications will be taken over the phone. One of our intake staff will give you a call to complete your application on the day of your appointment.
